You may withdraw Crypto from your Coinberry account! To withdraw your funds, you will only need a wallet address.

Supported Digital Currencies: 

  • Bitcoin
  • Ethereum 
  • Litecoin
  • XRP

For the purpose of this article, we will be withdrawing with Ethereum to a BRD wallet. You may also withdraw with Bitcoin, Litecoin or XRP, the process is the same!  

Here are 3 easy steps to follow when withdrawing your Crypto on desktop from Coinberry:
 

1. Choose “Withdrawals”

From this screen, you have 2 options for withdrawal:

  • Wallet: A wallet gives you ownership of your Bitcoin/Ether balance so that you can send and receive Crypto. Although technically it is nothing more than a mobile app or a computer program, it is essentially the personal bank account and the ATM access point for cryptocurrency.
  • EFT/e-Transfer: A convenient way to send and receive money by using your online or mobile banking! All you need is a Canadian bank account that supports e-Transfer.

In this example, we will be withdrawing crypto to a BRD wallet.

 

2. Enter the desired amount

Make sure to select the correct currency and enter in the correct wallet address. You will also need to confirm the transaction by entering in your account password.

3. Confirm Withdrawal

A pop up will appear before the transaction is finalized.

4. Order Completed

A withdrawal order was successfully created! You will now see the order details in your Activity Feed.

Our withdrawals are typically processed within 3 hours. However, in
certain cases, it may take up to 2 business days to take money out .
