• If you were logged in to your account when you placed the order, go to the Order Status page and log into My Account on the left hand side using your email address and password. The list of orders that have been placed under your account will display and show current status in the Status column. To see more details about an order (including tracking information for orders that have shipped) click on a specific order in the list
  • If you were not logged in when you placed your order or do not have an account on homedepot.com, enter your email address on the Order Status page and select the I checked out as a guest option. Enter your order number and click Submit. Order details will display (including tracking information for orders that have shipped).
  • To inquire about orders that were placed in a store, you can enter your store order number and phone number from the Special Services Customer Invoice document the store provided when you placed your order. If you aren't sure where to find the store order number on the Special Services Customer Invoice, there is a link under the phone number field that reads "Here's an example". Clicking that link will show you where the order number can be found
